Aaron Sargeant – Artistic Director

Aaron began his marching career in high school and graduated from Union-Endicott having performed with both the marching band and winterguard. In 2014 he went to march with the White Sabers Drum and Bugle Corps (Dansville, NY). Additional drum corps performance experience includes the Connecticut Hurricanes in 2017 and the New York Skyliners (New York, NY) in 2024. Aaron also has extensive indoor experience having marched with Luminosa Winterguard in 2015, the Patriots Winterguard in 2016, and the Brigadiers Winterguard in 2018 and 2019.

Aaron began his teaching career with the Webster High School Marching Band (Webster, NY) from 2018 to 2021. He also taught the Webster High School Percussion Theatre in 2020. He went on to teach the Cicero-North Syracuse JV Winterguard from 2020 to 2022 and the New York Skyliners colorguard in 2024. He was most recently an instructor for the Union-Endicott marching band colorguard and UE Winterguard in 2024 and the show designer for the winterguard in 2025.

In his spare time, Aaron has performed in many plays and musicals in famous venues such as Carnegie Hall and abroad throughout Europe.
