Guard Experience: 

I marched way back in the 1900’s with Royal Blue Winterguard where we were finalists at WGI world championships. After many years off my daughter decided she wanted to try out guard and I offered to volunteer. I spent one year volunteering with Vestal Winterguard and then 5 years as the Vestal JV Winterguard Director. I joined Winter Sky last year for their very first season as an equipment tech. 

Personal Information: 

I was an interior designer for years and currently I design websites, write copy, manage social media, project manage and anything else that comes along that needs to be done. 

I’ve been married for almost 25 years. My husband, Brandon, is a graphic and web/designer and has built props and helped with the guard since I started coaching. 

My daughter, Lily Nova, graduated from Vestal and now attends SCAD in Atlanta, Ga. She marches with Georgia Tech Colorguard (she is currently their colorguard captain) and she has marched with their winterguard for two years, one of which her guard placed 4th at WGI Championships. Lily also helps coach Winter Sky while she is home on winter and summer breaks. 

My son, Anakin, is a football player and currently division champion in shot put, he’s also an honor student. 

Add to the mix our two cats and two dogs, Atari, Helvetica, Katana, and Roczen.
